Communications: Fleet 8 monitors and uses VHF channel 78 as a working channel. For this cruise, Fleet 19 will also use channel 78.

Monitor channel 9 for hailing (Radio checks only on ch. 9, please.)
Monitor channel 16 for hailing, emergency & distress
